Colon Cleansing and Skin Care

We know that cleansing the colon makes us have a better digestive system by getting rid of the toxins and waste that build up in our system, but did you know that having a clean colon also helps other parts of the body as well? It does. Having a clean and healthy colon makes us feel more energetic, reduces headaches, aides with weight loss, and helps make our skin beautiful and allows it to rejuvenate.

How does having an unhealthy colon contribute to having acne and bad skin? Simple. When there are toxins in our body leftover from our colon, the toxins need to be released somewhere. If they can't escape through our colon, they'll escape and clog our pores, causing acne.

To permanently get rid of acne, it's not as easy as using superficial facial cleansers (although this is an important key). You need to get to the root of the problem, the problem of course being an unhealthy colon. In order to permanently get rid of acne, you must do three things along with washing your face every day and night- cleanse your colon, do a parasite cleaning, and liver flushes. Unlike the facial cleaners, the natural colon cleansing supplements help cleanse your body, removing that harmful chemicals that end up clogging our pores. Doing all three of these cleansing techniques will surely clear up any acne, mild or severe, that you may have.

Some scientists even believe that doing a colon cleanse will greatly reduce, if not get rid of, the appearance of eczema. If you have mild eczema, you can try some traditional herbs for treatment like barberry, fennel, and garlic. If you have a severe case of eczema, go to your health food store and buy some colon cleansing herbal recipes. Making these recipes are a lot easier than trying to create your own recipe. Whatever you choose to do, be sure to read the directions careful and follow them step by step to avoid dehydration. Another natural eczema remedy is to increase your fiber intake to increase bowel movements. Eat foods like wheat germ, oatmeal, and whole fiber cereals. Also be sure to include plenty of fruits and vegetables. Lastly drink at least eight glasses of water a day. This is one of the most important things you can do for your colon and skin. Drinking water also keeps your bowels and digestive system moving smoothly.
